Sartorial safe space for December includes lashings of velvet with a smattering of sequins, metallic accents and glitter. Faux fur in all the colours of the rainbow (hello teddy coats everywhere) are also welcomed to the fold, plus this year's fresh spin on classic heritage is being revamped for daytime to downtime to party-time.
Though clearly there's nothing like a trip to the country to stimulate that impulse for heritage fabrics. Cue this long Prince of Wales check blazer and further down, risking the frostbite to trial tartan. (PS The Palladiums have been getting a major workout since here.)
